I believe the FAC is trying a new aspect by using entertainment in their mission statement, but i agree that it is, in many cases over powering to the artwork, and some good things they have going there. That is basically all of the Fine Arts Center's mission statement, and it really surprised me they included entertainment in it; at least they were honest. I feel it gives the institution a lot of leeway in what shows they can obtain and present to the public.
